Responsibilities:- Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Assess patients' mental status based on symptoms and develop treatment plans.
- Diagnose DSM-V disorders and apply appropriate medical decision-making skills.
- Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists and provide non-pharmacological treatments.
- Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.
- Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances.
- 1 year of Geri Psych Experience and 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.
