Position: Triage RN
Location: Happy Valley, Oregon
Full-Time Schedule: Four, 10-hour shifts (7:00a-5:30p) or five, 8-hour shifts (8:00a-5:00p) -- NO late or overnights NO call
Compensation: Hiring range is between $36.75-$47.10/hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide RN visits and medication education to patients
- Triage patients to facilitate timely care and empower patients with healthcare information
- Advocate for patient's well-being and manage in-basket
- Administer IV Lasix, injections, and other treatments as needed
Requirements:
- Active unencumbered Oregon RN license required
- Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required
- Current Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification
- Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred

Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefit-eligible employees qualify for benefits beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment. Vancouver Clinic offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long term disability, health savings account, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, and multiple supplemental benefits (voluntary life, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, legal services, etc.). We also offer a 401k retirement plan, with employer contributions after your first year of employment. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
