Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team at Lamar Advertising Company. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and prospects to promote Lamar's products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- 2+ years of sales experience in a related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
