Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of Burns Honda. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dealership, including management support, project organization, and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the dealership, including scheduling, planning, and executing daily tasks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist with project organization, coordination, and implementation.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
