Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team at Coda Search│Staffing. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our Partners and Associates, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate complex calendars for Partners and Associates, ensuring timely scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Draft and send approved communications on behalf of Partners and Associates, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Administrative Support: Provide a diverse range of administrative assignments, including document management and external communication.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the highest level of trust and confidentiality, handling sensitive documents and external communication with discretion.
  • Problem-Solving and Judgment: Exercise independent judgment and strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess the ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in e-filing in PA and NJ, with experience in both State and Federal systems a plus.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a legal administrative role, preferably in Pennsylvania, with a strong understanding of healthcare industry requirements.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
