Position Overview:
Align ENT & Allergy is in search of a courteous and professional Patient Services Coordinator to enhance our operations.

As the initial point of interaction for our patients, the ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and customer service abilities.


Key Responsibilities:
The Patient Services Coordinator will be tasked with managing phone inquiries, organizing appointments, gathering patient information, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared for patient visits.

Furthermore, this role will involve handling correspondence, verifying eligibility, collecting patient copays and outstanding balances, and providing support to the back desk staff as required.

This position is vital for maintaining efficient operations and delivering a seamless experience for our patients.


Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare office environment is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the care team and colleagues.
- A positive attitude coupled with a friendly demeanor.
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations is essential.
- Proficient in typing and familiar with office software.
- Highly organized with exceptional multitasking and time management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
