Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Specialist to join our team at WorkSource Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Suite, and have experience in office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and organized records
  • Manage schedules and coordinate with technicians
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age
  • 1 year of experience in an office/administrative support position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Verified customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advertising and content management experience
  • Experience or familiarity with residential and commercial plumbing

Benefits:

  • $20-$30 per hour depending on experience/qualifications
  • Medical, dental, and vision available after 1 month
  • Retirement with up to 5% employer match after 90 days
  • 1 week of paid time off after 1 year

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm
