Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Operations: Oversee daily activities on the production line, ensuring that products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and throughput.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular physical and visual inspections of products to prevent non-conforming goods and accurately complete quality and production reports.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an adequate level of raw materials to minimize production downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members and shift leadership to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 0 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; preferred experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
