About the Role

Xperience XRG is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all menu items to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Read and execute recipes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Read and execute computer tickets for service, maintaining a smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop and maintain knife skills required for service and preparation, ensuring a high level of presentation.
  • Maintain a solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
  • Assist Chefs in the execution of service, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
