  • Inventory and Purchasing: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and purchasing to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial sustainability of our food service operations.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our food service products and services, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of food service experience as a chef with managerial experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ServSafe Certification required.
