About the Role

The Executive Culinary Manager will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a high level of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Operations: Manage the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing food costs.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and specials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all menu items meet the company's standards.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a high-volume Sous Chef or equivalent role.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency required.
