Restaurant Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Director to lead our upscale dining establishment to new heights. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and quality.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate on marketing initiatives and engage with the local community to build and maintain a loyal customer base.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for growth, including menu innovation, events, and potential new locations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Restaurant General Manager, Operating Partner, or Regional Manager with an upscale restaurant group, with a track record of success in leading a team and achieving business goals.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss analysis.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to quality in all aspects of service and operations.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a desire to take ownership and drive the business forward.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both staff and customers.
