Job Description:

A successful General Manager embodies the company's culture and values. As a key member of the Synapse International team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. You will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits, and ensure that guests are completely satisfied with their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including employee selection, development, and performance management.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
  • Optimize profits and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve shared goals and targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • An open-minded approach to challenges and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
  • Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Preferred: 2 years of restaurant experience, including progressive supervisory experience.
  • Preferred: ServSafe Certified.
