Restaurant Manager Job Summary

About the Role

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maximizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage employees to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results.

• Manage restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and supply chain management.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promote culinary excellence.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a senior management role.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
