About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Marketing Manager to join our team at Resource Innovations. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital execution and delivery
  • 7+ years in client/account management, with experience managing distributed teams
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and deploy digital marketing campaigns, assessing their effectiveness
  • Fluency in GA4 and Looker Studios reporting
  • Interest in sustainability and passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment
Preferred Skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Active Campaign, Constant Contact, Microsoft Dynamics, Wrike, and Asana
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Experience in E-commerce or an advertising agency, a plus
