About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Institutional Client Service Associate to join our team at CAPTRUST. As a key member of our Financial Advisor Service Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to our Financial Advisor Service Team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records, spreadsheets, and presentations to support client relationships and business growth.
  • Oversee critical maintenance and organization of system files and records, and assist with new client onboarding.
  • Aid in the retention of existing client relationships by applying the highest level of service and attention to detail.
  • Establish and develop relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and manage the efforts of internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests and projects.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required by the Financial Advisor Service Team or the Institutional Client Services department.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of industry-related experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Technical proficiency in navigating CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Adobe, and Nitro.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a personal ambition to be error-free.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong math skills and the ability to grasp financial and investment concepts.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
