This experienced role primarily involves acting as the day-to-day Client Relationship Manager for a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients while ensuring high levels of satisfaction for both clients and internal teams.

The Commercial Lines Client Relationship Manager will collaborate with an assigned Producer to market and secure new business, coordinate annual renewals, prepare materials for quarterly client meetings, facilitate information flow to other departments as necessary, maintain client databases, manage records, and undertake additional responsibilities to support client satisfaction as assigned.


Key Responsibilities:


Comply with all operational policies and processes to ensure client satisfaction and the delivery of quality products and services tailored to meet unique client needs.


Establish and maintain accurate and comprehensive client data in the client relationship management database (CRM), including documentation and management of action items and client communications in accordance with established procedures.


Adhere to all company and regulatory requirements regarding the labeling, filing, management, and retention of both hard-copy and electronic records, following established procedures.

Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or projects as directed by company leadership.

Uphold the highest standards of security and confidentiality concerning corporate and client-related information.

Respond to client and account executive/producer inquiries in a timely, effective, and professional manner.

Request endorsements and policy modifications from insurance providers.

Address invoicing discrepancies promptly.


Manage administrative and technical tasks as needed for assigned clients.

Gather new and renewal data for assigned accounts.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling to existing clients.

Stay updated on current market conditions and emerging markets.

Review, analyze, and present applications to carriers in accordance with agency guidelines.

Provide market recommendations to the account executive/producer.

Negotiate with carriers to achieve the optimal combination of coverage and premium.

Prepare quotations, coverage summaries/comparisons, proposals, and recommendations to ensure clients and prospects fully understand their coverage options.

Participate in training sessions and meetings organized by the agency.

Adhere to the agency's attendance policy.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma is required.


A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, or Commercial Lines Underwriter dealing with middle-market commercial lines clients is essential.

Property & Casualty license is required.

Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.


Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to interact effectively at all company levels while maintaining confidentiality in a team-oriented environment are crucial.

Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, is required.

Ability to work independently and see initiatives or issues through to completion is essential.

Must be comfortable engaging with diverse individuals and possess a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.

Experience with the EPIC management system is preferred.
