Back of House Shift Lead Job Description

The LP Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Back of House Shift Lead in their kitchen operations. As a key member of the team, this individual will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily kitchen activities.

This includes supervising all hot and cold line stations, raw bar shucker stations, lobster section, and prep kitchen. The successful candidate will report directly to the kitchen managers and be assigned tasks based on the needs of the day. Flexibility with scheduling is essential for this role, as shifts may vary and include opening, mid, and closing duties.

A competitive hourly rate of $26.00 reflects the company's commitment to compensating talented professionals fairly for their skills and experience. This position also offers paid breaks, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits, and other attractive perks.
