About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Porter House Bar and Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting our Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and high-volume production, with prior experience working in a commercial kitchen. They will be expected to work collaboratively with the rest of the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation
  • Manage inventory and ordering supplies
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
