Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our kitchen. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow Executive Chef assignments for opening/closing procedures and report progress to Chefs daily
• Lead a team with respect and commitment to exceeding guest expectations daily
• Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines and perform daily uniform checks with staff
• Ensure assigned staff prepare food items according to quality standards, portion sizes, and departmental rules
• Participate in inventory monthly for department of responsibility
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, and complete company-wide safety training

Essential Qualifications:
• Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen (1-3 years)
• Current food safety certification
• Strong leadership, time management, and team work skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with food and beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations
• Possession of sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Compensation:
$25/hour + generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) plan.
