Job Title: Charge Nurse Leader - Multi-Faceted Role at Providence St. Vincent

The salary for this role starts at $105,936 per year, which includes a $6,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires. This amount may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Make decisions that impact patient care, working closely with other team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
  • 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
