Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced nurse leader who can provide strategic direction and guidance to our nursing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will provide education and training to our nurses, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a nurse leader, preferably in a hospital setting. You must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred.
