The Role

Our Retail, Consumer Goods Consulting Practice is looking for Senior Managers who can oversee advisory consulting engagements, be trusted advisors to clients, establish themselves as thought leaders in their field, solve complex problems, and drive contributions to offerings and innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Exercise responsibility for one or more components of a consulting engagement
  2. Support or drive data-driven identification and analysis of solution requirements
  3. Conduct workshops with clients to elicit requirements as the basis for creating business requirements documents and user stories
  4. Monitor solution quality compliance to standards and conduct or facilitate structured solution walkthroughs
  5. Conduct user acceptance testing and issue tracking/resolution
  6. Support solution change or enhancement requests
  7. Prepare and deliver solution training workshops and collateral for clients
  8. Perform other project tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Seasoned consultant with 5 years of experience in Retail, Travel, and Consumer Goods consulting industry
  • Extensive hands-on experience in leading large-scale Warehouse Management Systems implementations
  • At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in Manhattan Active WM deployments
  • Hands-on Manhattan Active WMS design and configuration experience
  • Experience in defining and designing WMS processes
  • Understanding of WMS software packages like Manhattan, JDA, SAP etc.
  • Experience in online Retail processes like online customer experience, inventory management, order processing, supply chain etc. is preferred
  • Experience in leading strategy discussions, helping clients with their WMS strategy
  • Experience in Agile execution and methodologies
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to communicate to executive level stakeholders
  • Ownership for key projects' timelines, deliverables, budget, and metrics
