Department Overview:
The Talent Channels and Program team operates within Talent Acquisition, focusing on the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance recruitment across various dimensions, including university partnerships, diversity initiatives, referrals, and employer branding. Our methodology is both strategic and creative, dedicated to attracting and cultivating exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Coordination:
    Manage and organize interview schedules and candidate interactions, ensuring effective communication between candidates and interviewers while overseeing database management.
  • Event Coordination:
    Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as career fairs and campus initiatives, while managing logistics including venue arrangements and communication with attendees.
  • Social Media Management:
    Support the Employer Brand team by updating social media platforms with relevant content and tracking metrics to assess branding effectiveness.
  • Presentation Development:
    Contribute to the creation and maintenance of presentation materials using Google Slides for various meetings, ensuring content is visually appealing and tailored to the audience.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    Collaborate with external vendors related to recruitment and branding efforts, managing relationships and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Administrative Support:
    Provide general administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition teams, including correspondence management and record-keeping, while supporting additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    0-2 years in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within recruitment or HR.
