Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designated locations to evaluate job applications, reach out to qualified candidates for necessary assessments, and arrange in-person interviews.
- Spearhead sourcing efforts for assigned locations to enhance the quality of applicants leading to successful hires.
- Assist with recruitment-related initiatives within the organization.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of HR policies and procedures to effectively communicate with various departments regarding HR and company strategies, especially those linked to recruitment.
- Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, effective follow-up, prioritization, and a sense of urgency.
- Handle reporting and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$25-$30 per hour
