Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a pivotal role in enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires at GCB Services LLC. This position requires a collaborative approach to ensure candidates are effectively integrated into the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to guide candidates through the onboarding journey.
  • Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process, including the administration of drug and background checks.
  • Project Support: Assist in onboarding-related initiatives within the business.
  • Policy Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of HR policies to communicate effectively with teams regarding recruitment and HR initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with business partners and related departments, such as Compensation, HRIS, and Training.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and prioritization.
Required Skills
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 months of experience in customer service, administration, or HR.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Capable of interacting with all organizational levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in spreadsheet and word-processing applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify issues, gather data, and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Confidentiality: Must handle sensitive information with discretion and urgency.
  • Adaptability: Quick to learn and navigate the iCIMS applicant tracking system with provided training.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Motivation: Ideal candidates should work independently and demonstrate a strong drive for achievement.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly learn, tackle complex challenges with straightforward solutions, and contribute innovative ideas for business improvement.
