About the Role

As a Clinical Specialist at Abbott, you will play a critical role in advancing treatments for people with cardiovascular disease. You will work closely with the medical community to provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for CRM products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide complex field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff
  • Identify and use best business practices to execute processes
  • Exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work
  • Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business
  • Develop and lead trainings and other programs on CRM products

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of four years of increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol

Preferred

Must be able to take rotational on-call schedule and work flexible hours
