About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Specialist at Abbott, you will play a critical role in advancing treatments for people with cardiovascular disease. Our team is dedicated to developing innovative medical technologies that help restore people's health and improve the way doctors treat heart arrhythmias.

As a key member of our team, you will provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff. You will work independently, identifying and implementing effective business practices, and exercising judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and lead training programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and service of accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide insights to management on market feedback and product development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of four years of increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
  • Ability to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers
