About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Aerospace Industry Specialist. This role will be responsible for leading our efforts in the Aerospace and Defense industry, specifically focusing on our Fluid and Thermal solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and define the fluids and thermal strategy for our Aerospace and Defense industry solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product management to ensure our solutions meet the outstanding challenges of the Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Support various regions, particularly the Americas, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Work alongside the Simcenter Industry Team to craft customer-centric solutions that drive business growth.
  • Engage with sales, marketing, product management, and senior leadership to develop a strategic business plan that aligns with our overall Fluids and Thermal domain goals.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in CFD solutions and experience in Sales or Business Development within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Strategic business planning skills, combined with CFD knowledge, to develop and drive long-term business plans effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate, drive, and influence internal customers with a focus on excellence.
  • Self-motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to set personal goals and work consistently towards them in a dynamic environment.
  • Awareness of other simulation tools and how they are applied in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, such as 1D Systems, Mechanical analysis, MBSE, V&V, and Design Space Exploration.
What We Offer

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. We offer a competitive salary range of $101,200 to $182,200 and a variety of health and wellness benefits. This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation and is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies.
