We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and Fulfillment Center Operations team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, and making travel arrangements.
  2. Event Planning: Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences for our Fulfillment Center Staff.
  3. Travel Management: Manage travel reservations, itineraries, and expense reports.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 2+ years of experience delivering support to Sr. Manager or Director roles.
  2. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products and applications, strong organizational and communication skills.
  3. Education: High school or equivalent.
  4. Age: 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Project Management: Experience with end-to-end project management.
  2. Expense Reporting: Understanding of how to create a basic expense and reimbursement report.
  3. Budget Management: Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.
