This role is integral to our mission. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable products and services. You will handle various transactions, maintain accurate cash records, open new accounts, and perform necessary account management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage professionally with clients while adhering to established communication protocols.
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings accurately.
- Identify customer needs to recommend additional services and refer them to appropriate departments.
- Ensure precise cash handling and maintain compliance with bank policies.
