Unlock New Opportunities as a Business Development Representative - Entry Door Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Representative to join our team as an Entry Door Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact sales by cultivating new customers and fostering long-term relationships in the Nashville and surrounding areas.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for calling on commercial and industrial accounts, meeting with decision-makers to professionally present our commercial entry door product lines and engineer solutions for customers such as schools, hospitals, industrial buildings, and municipalities.
  • Developing scopes of work for each proposal and personally handling every detail from initial calls to closing sales requires proficiency with Windows-based programs and sales tools.
  • You will meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards, providing timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) daily.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Preferably 3 years of outside sales experience calling on business-to-business, ideally calling on commercial accounts selling new construction and retrofit projects to both end-users and contractors; however, we will consider other applicable experience, especially if mechanical-type products have been sold.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Possess the ability to apply technical knowledge and mechanical systems.
