About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing distributor and customer relationships in assigned regions, increasing sales and profit margins, and implementing corporate sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage distributor and customer relationships in assigned regions.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase sales and profit margins.
  • Implement corporate sales strategies and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Review lost opportunities to provide feedback and improve sales strategy.
  • Submit monthly reports on target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training.
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate and current for the team.
  • Develop and implement sales goals, including new business targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience selling an engineered product.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical controls systems.
  • Ability to learn hydraulics and mobile hydraulics.
