Position Overview:
We are looking for a new Doctor of Optometry to join our esteemed practice. In this role, you will:
  • Conduct thorough eye examinations to evaluate vision and ocular health, including visual acuity assessments, refractive error checks, and eye function evaluations.
  • Diagnose and manage various eye conditions and diseases, such as Glaucoma, Cataracts, Macular Degeneration, and Diabetic Retinopathy.
  • Collaborate with Ophthalmic Technicians and Opticians, reporting directly to our Clinical Director and Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Comprehensive Eye Exams
  • Conduct Refraction
  • Prescribe and Fit Contact Lenses
  • Diagnose and Treat Eye Conditions

Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will possess less than one year of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
  • Doctorate Degree in Optometry
  • Experience with Contact Lens Fitting
  • Knowledge of Dry Eye Management
  • Familiarity with Topography and Fundus Photography
  • Proficiency in Slit Lamp Examination and Pachymetry

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 annually, with additional bonus/commission opportunities.
