We seek an individual who is passionate about pastry and can contribute to our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting and refining menus for the hotel, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of all food items.
  • Manage labor and operational costs through strategic organization, purchasing, and inventory oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation standards set by Four Seasons and relevant regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Engage with team members and management to meet operational needs, participating in regular meetings to facilitate interdepartmental cooperation.
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Capable of documenting recipes, creating cost analyses, and developing necessary spreadsheets to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct frequent quality inspections to ensure food meets established standards.
  • Inspire and motivate team members, organizing team-building activities.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the kitchen to mentor and develop the pastry team, contributing to operational success.
  • Adapt to various shifts and areas within the pastry kitchen to meet business demands and gain the knowledge required for growth within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a pastry kitchen.
  • Creativity and innovation are essential to continuously evolve our offerings.
