Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
  • Adopt Novatech's sales processes, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy
  • Network with the local business community and seek new business opportunities
  • Become an expert in all Novatech products, services, and solutions
  • Reach key decision-makers and develop relationships with C-level executives
  • Drive sales revenue and market share through territory management and self-generated leads
  • Closing net new business and achieving monthly activity and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
