Responsibilities

As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Access Control: Ensure secure access to client sites.
  • Foot Patrol: Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Utilize security software and systems to monitor and respond to incidents.
  • Customer Service Problem Solver: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.
  • Self-Motivated and Results Driven: Meet performance expectations and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Report Writing Proficiency: Accurately document incidents and events.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Pass a background investigation and drug screen, as required by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.
  • Hold a valid driver's license, if applicable.
