Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Security Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to identify potential safety and security risks.
  • Visitor Management: Manage all guest/visitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor logs.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and emergencies by contacting local first responders.
  • Reporting: Identify and report any safety, security breaches, or unusual circumstances in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents).
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Licenses: Valid FL Security D License and valid FL Driver's License.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of customer service experience and one year of security experience.
  • Skills: Professional demeanor and appearance, basic computer skills, strong communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods of time.
