Role Summary

We are currently seeking Armed Security Personnel to support emergency response initiatives. For all full-time roles, we offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401K plans, employee assistance programs, and additional perks. Flexible schedules and part-time opportunities are also available.

*** This listing serves as a pre-deployment registry for individuals interested in being contacted for roles within our emergency response team. Immediate employment is not guaranteed. Work hours and schedules will be determined following significant weather events in the designated regions. ***

Deployment Opportunities

Compensation: $25 per hour (armed positions require an active G license)

Weekly Earnings: $2,650 for 12-hour shifts (armed)

Immediate hiring for personnel to assist with emergency deployment and recovery efforts.

Temporary to Permanent Positions available.

Willingness to travel throughout the state is essential.

Company-provided transportation, meals, and lodging, along with a daily per diem of $57 for out-of-area deployments.

Ability to work 12 to 14-hour shifts for up to 14 consecutive days.

Applicants must present two forms of government-issued identification and be at least 21 years of age.

Opportunities for overtime are abundant during post-event deployments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Professional Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal®, you will be tasked with ensuring the safety and security of client properties and personnel. You will be expected to understand and implement site-specific policies and procedures, as well as execute emergency response protocols as necessary, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Deliver customer service by adhering to safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response procedures when required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas, with varying conditions based on client needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for armed positions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment.
  • Participation in industry-specific security and safety training programs is mandatory.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.

Note: A valid driver's license is required for driving-related positions only.
