Job Summary:

Lennar Homes is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our homeowners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Evaluate customer requests and schedule trades to complete work, issue service requests and purchase orders, and expedite repairs.
  • Monitor business partner work for completion and satisfaction of repairs.
  • Open and close Web Requests, Service Requests, and Work Orders as needed.
  • Complete minor home repairs and obtain customer approval/signature for completed service requests.
  • Monitor status reports for accuracy and expedites emergency repairs.
  • Assist in maintaining community standards and participate in rotation of After Hour On Call.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience required, preferably with a homebuilder.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, effective communication, and understanding of technical aspects of residential construction.
  • Able to analyze problems, determine solutions, and produce desired outcome.
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude to represent the company in a positive manner.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
