Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, providing solutions to their needs and concerns.
- Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation.
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Answer customer questions and educate them on products and services, building trust and loyalty.
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring, ensuring safe and secure connections.
- Fulfill propane and drive a forklift, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
