Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

You will be working as a Customer Support Specialist at Mass Markets, where you will handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. Your primary goal is to ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling. You will also research systems to find missing information as applicable and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues as necessary. Additionally, you will accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
