We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill Customer Support Specialist positions at our company, Corporate Message Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting callers, providing and requesting required information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help prioritize customer needs.
To succeed in this position, you must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on good spelling and grammar. You should also have basic computer skills in a Windows-based environment and the ability to type 35 words per minute or more.

- Shifts: Monday-Friday, 1pm-10pm (with weekend shifts)
