State Farm Insurance Agent Kelly Escobar is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join their team in Little Neck, NY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Build and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.

Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals.
  • Organizational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and possess bilingual skills, with Korean preferred.
  • Current Property and Casualty license and ability to obtain Life and Health license.
