Atria Home Care is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist - Home Care. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, staff, and departments, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Telephone Operations: Answer incoming calls in a cheerful and marketing-oriented way, determine the purpose of the caller, and forward calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Message Management: Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward them to the appropriate personnel.
- Visitor Management: Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce them to the appropriate personnel.
- Mail and Publication Management: Receive, sort, and route mail, and maintain and route publications.
- Clerical Support: Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist the Administrative Assistant with regulatory compliance tracking.
- Office Supplies: Order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
- On-Call Support: Assist the Scheduling Department with providing on-call staffing coordination for at least a seven (7) day duration each month.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Training: Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
- Communication Skills: Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Able to write simple correspondence. Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Technical Skills: Able to operate: telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board or beeper, photocopier.
