Role Overview
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store operations. Our retail management team serves as knowledgeable representatives of our brand, ready to assist customers with inquiries and provide premium products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, including performance monitoring and budget management, while acting as the manager-on-duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Maintain comprehensive daily records related to performance, sales metrics, inventory management, and equipment rentals.
  • Recruit and train staff on POS system usage, product knowledge, guest service, sales techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Evaluate team performance and behavior, offering constructive feedback and recognition as needed.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and deliver outstanding customer service through prompt responses to inquiries and feedback.
  • Engage in leadership forums to provide insights on store performance, training, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including specialized areas such as merchandising and rentals.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; business training or education is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail supervision; experience in the ski industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of RPOS is highly recommended.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, multitasking and managing various customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Fluency in English is required.
