Primary Duties:

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of pertinent real estate expertise; suitable for lateral partner level.
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado.
  • A strong ambition to lead and cultivate a team while providing exceptional client service.
  • In-depth experience in commercial property transactions, including title and survey assessments, negotiations, easement agreements, and leasing across various sectors (office, warehouse, retail).
  • Proficient in land use, multi/planned use development, and entitlement processes.
  • Experience drafting covenants, commercial development contracts, and construction agreements.
  • Knowledge of secured real estate financing arrangements.
  • A willingness to mentor and develop a practice group.
  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited institution.
  • Capable of planning and achieving objectives with creativity and independence under general supervision.
  • Exceptional drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to devise and evaluate potential solutions.
  • A determined, knowledgeable, and proactive attorney.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of expanding a Real Estate group.
  • A client-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • A culture of high performance balanced with enjoyment in the workplace.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic law firm environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to engage in all tasks.
Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of $150,000-$200,000 based on experience, along with an attractive bonus structure.
