Job Title: Real Estate Administrator

Healthpeak Properties, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our on-site outpatient medical properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in directing and coordinating activities of property management, including implementing procedures, cost controls, and policies.
  • Maintain good tenant and client/owner relations, and assist in maintaining invoice records and contacting vendors.
  • Coordinate special events, such as holiday parties, welcome lunches, and blood drives.
  • Monitor outside vendors for compliance with contracts and certificates of insurance.
  • Assist with preparing and administering service agreements, and establish and maintain record-keeping and filing systems.
  • Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting, including organizing and coding invoices.
  • Provide management team with aged delinquency reports and send delinquency letters.
Requirements:
  • High school education; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous commercial property management experience, including internships.
  • Experience with MRI and Yardi software.
  • Previous experience in real estate accounting and familiarity with the monthly accounting cycle, including A/P, A/R, and commercial leases.
  • Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and access to reliable transportation.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Competitive benefit package and pay rate commensurate with experience: $25.24/hour.
