Overview: Tillster is in search of a dedicated Product Operations Analyst to support the TCE-Serverless Architecture platform. This role is pivotal in assisting the Product Operations Lead throughout the Marketplace onboarding journey. The analyst will collaborate closely to ensure that restaurant menus are accurately created and thoroughly tested to facilitate seamless ordering capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Brand/store/POS configurations, menu publishing, and quality assurance.
- Assess menus to partner with customers and design the most effective menu structures for marketplace offerings.
- Coordinate the development of Menus, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Pilot, Regional, and National Rollout schedules in collaboration with Sales, Brand, Product, and Support teams.
- Verify all menu content for precision during onboarding and continuous Brand maintenance.
- Conduct End-to-End order injection testing as part of onboarding and ongoing Brand support.
- Assist Brands with restaurant menu modifications and store maintenance inquiries.
- Provide training to new analysts on utilizing the TCE Admin tool.
- Deliver customer training on the TCE Admin tool.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Basic understanding of Restaurant POS systems, such as Aloha, Micros, POSitouch, etc.
- Quality Assurance experience is a significant advantage.
- Experience in the restaurant sector is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working autonomously within a team framework.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly approach.
- Enthusiastic and energetic team contributor.
- Must have the ability to work fully remotely, including access to high-speed internet.
