About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at IBM. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing adoption and success of our clients, contributing to retention, renewals, and increased opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients, understanding their challenges and establishing yourself as a trusted technical expert for their migration, deployment, and adoption of our Integration and automation products.
  • Use Case Exploration: Lead use case exploration and business framing workshops, developing client value realization models to drive business outcomes.
  • Technical Conversations: Lead technical discussions that persuade clients to act based on their requirements and the value provided by IBM's solutions.
  • Customer Success Planning: Develop post-deployment customer success plans aimed at continually increasing post-launch, active user adoption of IBM's products.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Prior success in a customer-facing role such as customer success, consulting, pre-sales, technical account management, or equivalent functions.
  • Communication Skills: Great presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills – both remote and in-person.
  • Business Acumen: Track record of achieving targets and goals/quotas, self-motivated and strong organization/time management skills.
  • Project Management: Experience in running large, complex projects or programs.
  • Language Skills: Business fluent in English.
